The organisers nominate two charities along our route, and if we raise anything above the required £1000 we'll be supporting the Butterwick Hospice again.

Frank Water Projects fund global clean water projects using filter technology to help those below the poverty line have access to safe drinking water. 2.2 Million people still die every year from drinking dirty water. FRANK Water Projects funds facilities that use the the world's most effective water filtering process. The facilities are community owned and run, with an emphasis on the project being sustainable well into the future.

Each project costs around £7,000 and provides clean, safe drinking water for up to 7,000 people in the village and surrounding communities.
That means that for every pound donated, clean, healthy drinking water is provided for one person, for life.
