Our adventure starts in Stockton-on-Tees in the north east of England, but the rally official starting point is Plymouth. Then its over to France, through Spain to Gibraltar, and through Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Senegal, and finally into the Gambia. You can see from the map that we haven't yet worked out the finer details of our route, but we know its about 3500 miles. About 400 miles of desert travel (including negotiating a mine field) are included in the trip for no extra cost!
